When you upload an electricity bill:

• Maya AI reads the bill to extract usage data (kWh), current rate and provider name
• The bill image or PDF is immediately deleted from our servers
• Only anonymised numerical data is retained with your consent
• Your bill image is never stored, shared or used for any other purpose

• With the energy provider you choose to enroll with (required for enrollment)
• With our technology service providers who help operate our platform
• When required by law
